As a doula, I believe that every mother deserves to have a positively memorable, safe and empowering birth experience to reflect back on. I have learned that it is not a matter of where a mother gives birth-- whether home or hospital, or how she gives birth-- whether natural, medicated, or cesarean that is reflected upon. What tends to matter more is that the mother feels protected, respected, supported, educated, and involved in the decisions made during her experience.

It is through my collective knowledge, personal experiences, and training that I have created

'Birth Is Doulable'.

I feel honored as a doula to be able to create a space for women to feel supported, confident, and empowered throughout the sacred phases of pregnancy, birth and postpartum.

Passionate, Intuitive, Present,

Insightful, Understanding, Empathetic,

Purpose Driven, Enlightening, Optimistic,

Mindful and Compassionate.

Since I was a little girl, I have been in love with all things pregnancy, birth, babies, and beyond. I am in absolute awe of the innate power and wisdom instilled in women to create, grow, birth and nourish babies.

Motherhood and Birth Work have always been my two greatest passions.

My desires are to encourage women to step back into their innate power to create empowering birth experiences through education, mindfulness, confidence, trust and support.

I am a boy mom of two. My oldest son was born in a hospital, through induction with an epidural and other interventions. My youngest son was born at home, in the water, with no drugs or interventions. While both of my labors and births were on opposite sides of the spectrum, none of those factors play a part in how I felt about each experience. The only vast difference is with my first son I felt blinded, uninformed, unheard, and unsure of all that was going on. And, with my second son, I felt connected, educated, supported, and involved in the process.

Regardless of what kind of birth you wish to have, I am here for you.

I am here to help guide you, support you, and advocate for you.

I am here to create a safe space for you to labor & birth confidently.

I am here to be completely present physically, emotionally, and energetically.

And most importantly, I am here to help you have a safe, memorable, and positive birth experience.

It is my hearts desire to be able to serve mothers near and far, including those outside of my physical community.

Aside from a safe and memorable birth, I believe the most beneficial aspect that a doula provides is education. Some mothers prefer to have the educational support and a person to call on during pregnancy, labor and postpartum, but may not necessarily require the physical presence. There are also mothers who want the support of a doula, but cannot find one in their area.

I am here to fill that gap.
